I had an auction that ran a couple of weeks ago for a horse and it sold on a Buy It Now by this Ebay user ID

(No email address even listed-which makes you wonder how they could even get by with registering on Ebay in the first place. My email address was listed in the contact info for me which was sent to them as well. but they had no email address in their contact info. I clearly feel Ebay is negligent in this matter)
Ordinarily, the ID itself would send up a major red flag not only by the way it's written (sounds like a joke name) but the fact they only had a feedback score of 3 as well. I would've blocked them from bidding on this had it not been a Buy it Now auction, but since it was, they just made the purchase and I couldn't approve them first.
They were registered only a matter of days prior to Buying my auction. I never got any emails from them with regard to payment or anything. They were listed as No Longer a Registered user a week or so after the auction. I had to go and get Ebay to refund my final value fees and listings fees on that one and relist it. But because sellers can no longer leave Negative or Nuetral to these dead beat bidders and joksters, other sellers will have no way of knowing when we are getting a bid by someone like this. Those three feedbacks he had were all positive. Of course that's all we as sellers can leave ANY buyer now anyway. My theory on this is after Ebay starts really losing money from all the refunded selling fees they have to start paying back, they will start respecting the sellers a little bit more and at the very least reinstate our abilities to leave Neutral or Negative feedback for these troublemakers.
